One of the best things about my job is unpacking the stock and revealing gorgeous treasures like these above, then to find the best place in store to show off their full potential, before they go home with my lovely customers! Not only do we love our wares we love these images that shows off POWDER GREY at its best...

A couple of images that caught my eye were from the latest Elle decoration magazine. The bedroom looks a great space and not just for sleeping. Those wallpapers in the next featured picture, stunning.... Latest inspiration pictures from the magazines at the POWDER GREY library, where you can come in with a cuppa and dream up some great looks. Have you been inspired anywhere lately? love to hear where or how.

Inspiration picture above is a bedroom from a beautiful 18th Century house, taken from Beloved Homes Ikea Family. Project was to try and create the look and find similar wares from the POWDER GREY collection with an off white or very pale grey for the walls. The bed will be given a lick of Annie Sloan chalk paint and wax.......

I am decorating today and thought I would start with this cushion. Black wooden cube beads on black fabric makes up this great look and fantastic texture. I would like to add a personal touch to it by using this letter as a template, then paint onto the cushion. The only problem is I cant decide which colour of paint to use, will I choose the metallic antique gold, zinc or stone. Any ideas I would love to hear your thoughts, which ever paint colour I may choose I'll look forward to seeing the end result, which I'll share with you when finished...

My all time favourite.....

This caption to me has everything, to the floor, the colour, materials used, furniture, lighting and style....... I could go on!
